FamaGaia Socio-bioecomy Fund – 4th Quarter 2024 Management Report

The year 2024 was a milestone for FamaGaia Socio-bioeconomy Fund. We allocated resources that positively impacted local communities and contributed to the preservation of the environment, while generating competitive financial returns.

We closed the year with seven financed projects, including three new additions this quarter, directly benefiting more than 1,800 people. The fund was active across five Brazilian biomes, and notably, we significantly expanded our presence in the Caatinga biome, increasing our portfolio allocation from 0.7% to 11.8%.

To strengthen the connection between investors and the fund’s tangible impacts, we introduced new communication channels, such as webinars, bringing our partners closer to the transformations we support on the ground.

In 2025, we will continue to convert challenges into opportunities for sustainable development, expanding our operations, and further solidifying the role of socio-bioeconomy as a viable path for both socio-environmental prosperity and financial returns.
