Graduated in Computer Networks from Universidade Nove de Julho, with a postgraduate degree in Financial and Capital Markets from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and currently pursuing a degree in Law at FMU. He began his career at Banco Santander in 2008, where he worked for 5 years in fund custody. He later served as a fund analyst at UJAY Capital, had a stint at Banco Safra, and returned to UJAY as the operational manager. He joined FAMA in September 2020. He holds a CPA-20 certification (Anbima).

Graduated in Business Administration and Statistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a background in the banking sector, where she gained experience in retail operations and digital banking platforms, complementing her expertise with specialized technical consulting in commodity hedge strategies. She joined FAMA in 2023.

Iniciou sua carreira profissional no Banco Alfa, sendo um dos responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento de novos produtos para o segmento de private banking. Juntou-se à fama Investimentos em julho de 2002 para cuidar dos processos de informação e tecnologia.

Lawyer specialized in environmental law, climate change, and carbon markets. Founder of LACLIMA (Latin American Climate Lawyers Initiative for Mobilizing Action), the first network of climate change lawyers in Latin America, consultant for the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), and legal advisor to the Least Developed Countries group in UNFCCC negotiations since 2013. She is a columnist for Brazilian newspapers Valor Investe and Reset. With over fifteen years of experience in law firms in Brazil, she led the Environment and Climate Change practice at Stocche Forbes Advogados for seven years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a master’s degree in Law from University College London (UCL).

Possui mais de dez anos de experiência trabalhando com políticas públicas e pesquisas nos biomas da Amazônia e do Cerrado; autor e coautor de relatórios e artigos científicos. Juntou-se à fama em 2023.

Graduated in Business Administration from FGV-SP and holds a master’s in finance from London Business School. She has twelve years of experience in the financial market with equity analysis, including the last four years at Eleven Financial covering the agriculture, food and beverages, and fuel distribution sectors. She has also worked at the family office Berkana, managing clients’ equity portfolios, at Banco Brasil Plural as an equity research analyst, and at Stern Stewart as a financial consultant. She joined FAMA in 2023. She holds the CFA and CFA ESG certifications.

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP), with extension courses at the University of California (Berkeley) and Harvard Kennedy School. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and founded fama in 1993, where he is responsible for managing the equity fund focused on Brazilian companies with social responsibility and adherence to good ESG practices. He has been a board member of various publicly traded companies. In the third sector, he is a director of Instituto FAMA, Instituto Brasil Israel, and Instituto Totós da Teté, and serves on the boards of Museu Judaico, Instituto Ethos, Instituto LIFE, Capitalismo Consciente Brasil, and WWF Brasil. He holds the CFA and CFA ESG certifications.

Graduated with honors in Economics from Ibmec and holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He started his career as a credit analyst at Inter Asset, later worked as an alternative assets analyst at Nau Capital, and served as an equity strategist at Itaú BBA, with a focus on fundamental analysis. He also holds the CGA and CNPI certifications. He joined FAMA in 2023.

Graduated in International Relations from PUC-SP and holds a postgraduate degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from FGV-SP. She has a professional background in consulting, with a focus on financial institutions and projects related to ESG risk integration and analysis, as well as communication.

Graduated in Economics from Insper. She began her career in independent equity funds in São Paulo, first as a long-term trends analyst at VELT Partners and later as an ESG analyst at Indie Capital. After this period, she co-founded a startup focused on climate change in the UK. She holds the CFA ESG certification.

Graduated in Business Administration from FMU – Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas. She began her career at fama investimentos in August 1996, in the administrative area. She worked in backoffice, commercial roles, and moved to the operations area in 2006. She holds the CPA-20 certification (Anbima).

Graduated in Materials Engineering from Escola Politécnica at Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and holds a master’s degree in Physics from Institut de Technologie de Grenoble in France. He has a diverse professional background with experience in M&A, startups, and research. He has developed solid expertise in project management, financial analysis, and partnership strategy across various geographic contexts, including Latin America, Australia, France, and Switzerland. His extensive leadership is particularly notable in the renewable energy sector, where he managed large-scale projects, implementing sustainable practices and promoting corporate responsibility aligned with best ESG practices. Currently, he serves as a Climate Investment Advisor at fama re.capital, playing a crucial role in the quantitative analysis of the fund, evaluating the financial and environmental indicators of companies for potential investments. His work is essential in integrating ethical and environmental considerations into the fund’s investment strategies, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Graduated in Business Administration from Faculdade Orígenes Lessa in Lençóis Paulista/SP and is currently pursuing a degree in Law at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. She began her career at Grupo Lwart in 1998, working in administrative, commercial, and executive secretarial roles until 2009, when she joined fama as an executive assistant.

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP), with an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and an extension course at Harvard Kennedy School. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions, working for a decade at institutions such as Santander, Credit Suisse, and Indosuez. He later managed and analyzed equities/special situations at FRAM Capital and Stark Investments. From 2011 to 2014, he was a co-manager of the equities area at Kinea Investimentos. He is a co-author of the book Valuation: Guia Fundamental (Ed. Atlas, 2014). He joined fama investimentos in March 2015. He holds the CFA ESG certification.

Graduated in Administrative Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and holds a Master’s in Corporate Sustainability and Environmental Management from the University of York. She began her professional career as a trainee at Banco Santander in the University Relations department and later as a project manager in the Payment Systems area at Bancolombia. Before specializing in sustainability, she worked at LATAM in the Strategic Network department, focusing on strategic, financial, and operational planning for the Brazilian air network. She joined fama investimentos in June 2020 to lead the ESG agenda for the firm. She holds the CFA ESG certification.

Andrea joined fama re.capital in 2024 to lead the Fama Gaia Sociobioeconomia FIDC fund. She has 30 years of professional experience, including 27 years in consumer goods companies such as Natura, PepsiCo, and P&G. In the past 7 years, she served as Global Vice President of Brand, Innovation, and Sustainability at Natura, overseeing operations outside Latin America. She also held the positions of General Director of Snacks and President of PepsiCo’s Beverage Operations in Brazil. Andrea has served on various boards, including the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and Instituto Ethos, and has received multiple accolades for sustainable leadership. She is currently the Chair of the Advisory Board of Instituto Ethos and serves on the boards of organizations such as the Cradle to Cradle Innovation Institute and Globescan. A graduate in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV, Andrea is a partner at Casa do Saber and the founder of Camomila, which focuses on the development of regenerative systems.
