FamaGaia Sociobioeconomy FIDC IS Management Report – Q4 2024

We are pleased to share the Q4 2024 Management Report for the FamaGaia Sociobioeconomia Fund.

The year 2024 was a milestone for the FamaGaia Sociobioeconomy FIDC IS. We allocated resources that positively impacted local communities and contributed to environmental preservation, while also delivering competitive financial returns.

We closed the year with seven funded projects, three of which were added this quarter, directly benefiting over 1,800 people. The Fund was active across five Brazilian biomes and, in this quarter in particular, we significantly expanded our presence in the Caatinga, increasing our allocation from 0.7% to 11.8% of the portfolio.

To strengthen the connection between investors and the fund’s tangible impacts, we introduced new communication channels, such as webinars, bringing our partners closer to the transformations we support on the ground.

In 2025, we will continue turning challenges into opportunities for sustainable development, expanding our reach and further establishing sociobioeconomy as a viable path to socio-environmental prosperity and financial returns.
