FamaGaia Sociobioeconomia FIDC IS – Relatório de Gestão 3º tri 2025

We are pleased to share the Q3 2025 Management Report of the FamaGaia Socio-bioeconomy.

One year after the publication of its first report, the fund has financed 13 projects across five Brazilian biomes, directly benefiting over 4,000 people and offering credit at rates around 18 percentage points below market averages.

Among the new financings are Unicafes MG, a federation of 23 family-farming cooperatives representing more than 2,200 members (35% women), and Ciranda Ecológica, an agroforestry enterprise in Vale do Paraíba that cultivates over 100 native species and has planted more than 100,000 trees.

In the quarter, the fund recorded a 3.41% return (in line with CDI) and 13.08% over the past 12 months, maintaining continuous origination across five biomes, with customized credit structures and strengthened monitoring processes. The fund has been recognized for its innovative approach and contribution to the climate justice agenda, materializing its purpose of providing fair credit to those protecting our ecosystems.

The quarter was also marked by the launch of the FamaGaia Socio-environmental, expanding access for different investor profiles to impact opportunities at the forefront of Brazil’s regenerative economy.
