We are pleased to share the FamaGaia Sociobioeconomy FIDC IS Management Report for the first quarter of 2026, in which we present the Fund’s updated financial results, socioenvironmental indicators across the portfolio, and our perspective on the next phase of growth of the socio-bioeconomy platform.

The first quarter of 2026 highlighted, at the same time, the growing relevance and the greater complexity of financing socio-bioeconomy value chains in Brazil. In this context, the Fund advanced active portfolio management and deepened support to existing operations, structuring solutions to strengthen resilience and long-term value creation.

Among the highlights of the period was the additional allocation to Cooperpesca Artesanal, supporting traditional fishing communities in coastal territories of São Paulo and accompanying the achievement of Brazil’s first artisanal fishing certification.
