FamaGaia Sociobioeconomy FIDC IS – 2Q26 Management Report

We are pleased to share the FamaGaia Sociobioeconomy FIDC IS Management Report for the second quarter of 2026, presenting the Fund’s updated financial performance, social and environmental indicators, and the main developments in our strategy.

During the period, we focused on active portfolio management and introduced a new framework for monitoring the restructuring of credit facilities extended by the Fund, providing greater visibility into the progress of ongoing renegotiations. We also added new layers to the financial and impact assessments applied throughout due diligence and portfolio monitoring.

Among the highlights, the Fund delivered a 3.68% return, compared with 3.32% for the CDI, and closed the quarter with more than 30 projects in the pipeline, seven of which were at an advanced stage of due diligence.
