Systemic Investing
Our approach combines financial rigor, systems thinking, and active engagement to identify asymmetries and anticipate how environmental, social, and regulatory transformations will be reflected in asset valuations.
Our investment discipline expands beyond traditional fundamentals by incorporating structural variables that increasingly influence economic outcomes. This broader perspective strengthens our ability to allocate capital to efficient and resilient transition pathways, where complexity creates opportunities for repricing, competitive advantage, and long-term value creation.
Investment Theses
Our investment themes are grounded in an understanding of how climate change, natural capital, social inequalities, and institutional quality affect corporate competitiveness, market dynamics, and the generation of returns for investors.
We operate on the premise that these factors are not external to the economy. They influence revenues, costs, access to capital, regulation, productivity, resilience, and growth. Understanding them in a deep and integrated manner is an essential part of our investment process and the construction of our fund portfolio.

Three Decades in Capital Markets
Since 1993, we have been an independent investment manager guided by the conviction that environmental, social, and governance factors increasingly shape long-term value creation.
We have built a consistent track record of performance*, serving institutional investors, family offices, pension funds, and insurance companies, and reaching a peak of US$1.5 billion in assets under management.
*Between 1996 and 2022, we delivered a cumulative gross return of 22,708%, equivalent to 9.7 times the Ibovespa Index.
Our team
With a partnership-based structure, our multidisciplinary team brings together experience in finance, development banking, private equity, and sustainability across public and private markets, infrastructure, and complex value chains.
